Daily report and low-credit emails

The emails the product sends: the 8 am daily call report, the low-credit warning at 50 and 10 credits, the paused-number notice and the welcome email. What each contains and how to switch the report off.

Daily report

One email at 8 am on days your callers made calls: how many connected and qualified, callbacks due today, hot leads waiting, credits spent and what to do next. It is sent once per day after 08:00 IST, only when you have an active caller and at least one real call in the last 24 hours. The subject reads “Daily report: N calls, N qualified”.

  • Calls, Connected, Qualified, Interested.
  • Callbacks due today and hot leads waiting.
  • Credits spent in the last 24 hours, the balance, and roughly how many minutes it covers.
  • Up to three recommended next steps, and an Open your dashboard button.

It is on by default. To stop it, open Settings, switch off Daily report email and Save changes.

Low credits

“Your ElevateBox credits are running low” is sent when the balance drops below 50 credits, and again when it drops below 10, at most once in 24 hours. It states the balance and the minutes it covers at a standard voice, and reminds you that when credits run out your callers stop placing calls and new leads wait. Only accounts with an active caller receive it.

Other emails

  • Your phone number is paused — add credits to keep it: a number's 30-day rental could not be taken. See Phone numbers.
  • A welcome email when you sign up, and a receipt for each top-up.
  • Password reset links, when you ask for one.
