Cookie Policy

ElevateBox uses very few cookies. The one that matters keeps you signed in to your dashboard. The rest are optional analytics, and we don’t sell anything they collect.

• Sign-in session. When you sign in, we set a secure, HTTP-only session cookie so you stay signed in. It lasts up to 30 days and is removed when you sign out.
• Sign-in security. If you sign in with Google (where offered), a short-lived cookie protects the sign-in round trip from tampering. It is removed when sign-in finishes.

The Service can’t work without these, so they can’t be switched off. Protection against repeated sign-in attempts and other abuse is handled on our servers and does not use a cookie.

A few things are remembered in your browser’s own storage rather than in a cookie, and are never sent to us on their own: whether you collapsed the dashboard sidebar, your notification preferences, a draft employee brief you started before signing up, and — for the length of a visit — which page or campaign link brought you to our website, so a demo call request is credited to the right source.

When we have them switched on, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or PostHog) to understand which pages and campaigns bring people to ElevateBox and how the site is used. These tools set their own cookies and see which pages you visit. When you request a demo call they are told that it happened and in which language, never your number. We don’t send them call recordings, transcripts or lead data.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you block third-party analytics cookies on their own. Blocking the sign-in cookie will sign you out of the dashboard; blocking analytics cookies has no effect on how ElevateBox works.
