Clear answers to hard questions.
Everything business owners ask before handing over their customer phone calls — including the parts that are not ready yet.
Does the voice sound like a robotic IVR, and how well does it speak Telugu?
Not at all. Built for pan-India, your AI employee speaks warm, natural Hindi, English and regional languages, and mixes them the way people actually do in daily business. If a customer switches entirely to English or a regional language midway, it adapts instantly without missing a beat.
Can my AI employee take real actions during a call, or does it only talk?
It can use the actions you approve, such as checking availability, capturing fields, booking an appointment or sending a follow-up. Every action is visible in the call record.
Does the AI ever freeze or leave awkward silences on the phone?
The calling runtime handles interruptions, short pauses and provider failures. Failed actions are recorded for review instead of being presented as successful.
What happens if the caller speaks over the AI while it is talking?
The employee stops, listens to the caller and continues from the new context. You can rehearse this behaviour before making real calls.
How are calls summarised and documented after hanging up?
Each completed call can include a transcript, summary, outcome, captured fields, timing, actions and a recording when one is available.
Can it remember past callers and earlier conversations when they call back?
Approved contact memories and recent conversation context can be used on later calls. You control what is retained and can remove it.
What are Instant Leads?
A consented lead from your form or CRM enters a calling queue and can be called within your configured hours.
How do bulk campaigns work?
Create a draft, add eligible contacts, review the calling policy, and explicitly start the campaign. You can pause, resume or cancel it.
Can the employee answer inbound calls?
Inbound calling is not available in this pilot yet. Instant leads and outbound campaigns are available once your calling setup is complete.
Can I test without calling real customers?
Yes. Use browser rehearsal to test scripts and outcomes without placing an external phone call.
How long does setup take?
You can draft an employee in minutes, then review its script, outcomes, actions and voice before publishing it.
Can I change the call script later?
Yes. Script changes create a new editable version, so live behaviour is never silently changed underneath you.
How do I teach the employee about my business?
Add focused training material and approved answers, then rehearse realistic customer questions against it.
Can different employees have different jobs?
Yes. Each employee has its own instructions, outcomes, voice, phone assignment and calling channels.
When am I charged for calls?
Call charges use your credit balance according to measured billable usage. A campaign cannot start without the required calling setup and available credits.
How does ElevateBox handle consent?
Instant sources and imported campaign contacts require a stated purpose and evidence of permission. Do-not-call entries and revoked consent block later calls.
Can I stop a campaign after it starts?
Yes. Pause prevents new attempts from being leased, resume requires confirmation, and cancel closes the campaign.
Who can see transcripts and recordings?
Records are scoped to the signed-in account. Recording downloads use an owner-checked route, and recordings follow the configured retention policy.

Email the team, or just hire an employee and rehearse it in your browser — it answers most questions faster than we can.
