Credits, packs, custom top-up, 30-second billing and what is free

How the prepaid wallet works: 1 credit = ₹1, per-minute rates by voice, 30-second blocks, the hold before every call, which calls cost nothing, the credit packs and the custom top-up.

Billing is a prepaid wallet of credits shared by all your AI callers. 1 credit = ₹1, credits never expire, and there is no subscription. You get 50 free credits on signup, about ten minutes of standard talk time, no card needed.

What a call costs

  • Calls cost ₹7.98 a minute on every voice. Bigger recharges add bonus credits, so each minute costs less: ₹7.22 from ₹2,700, ₹6.46 from ₹3,600, ₹6.08 from ₹5,000, ₹5.70 from ₹10,000 and ₹4.94 from ₹25,000. The smallest recharge is ₹1,335.
  • Connected talk time is billed in 30-second blocks, rounded up: a 40-second call bills as 60 seconds, so ₹7.98.
  • Nobody picks up? You pay ₹0. Ringing, busy, unanswered and failed calls cost nothing.
  • Creating a caller, adding knowledge and the Chat test are free. Every call, whether a test call, a Try it session in the browser or a live call, costs the same and comes out of the wallet; when the credits run out, calls stop. See Test call, Try it and Chat test.

The hold

Before dialling, the call reserves the worst case: the caller's call time limit (default 10 minutes) at its voice rate. If the balance is lower than that, the call is not placed. When the call ends the charge settles at whichever is smaller, the hold or the real talk time, and the rest returns to your balance at once. A call that was never dispatched releases its hold automatically.

Adding credits

Under Billing → Credits choose a pack or type a custom amount; the displayed total is what you are charged. Packs are ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹1,499, ₹2,500, ₹5,000, ₹9,999, ₹24,999 and ₹50,000, and the larger ones add free bonus credits shown as “+N free” beside the pack. The custom top-up takes any whole amount from ₹100 to ₹50,000 with no bonus. Payment opens in a secure checkout; credits land in the wallet the moment the payment is confirmed, and a tax invoice is issued for every top-up (see Invoices and GST).

Keeping track

  • Transactions lists every top-up, hold, settlement and refund. Download statement (CSV) gives the month's ledger (Date, Description, Direction, Credits).
  • Usage breaks spend down by caller and period; Home shows “Credits spent · 30 days”.
  • Below 50 credits you get a low-credit email, and again below 10. When credits run out, your callers stop placing calls and new leads wait until you top up.

Common questions

Why is the Credits column different from the duration?
Duration is the real talk time; credits are that time rounded up to the next 30-second block at the voice's rate.
Do credits run out faster with two callers?
No. The wallet is shared and each call is charged the same way whoever makes it. More callers only means more calls.
