Call lists: CSV, saved lists, skipping recent contacts, estimates and the live panel
Create a draft, paste a CSV whose header row becomes variables, reuse saved lists, skip people reached recently, read the credit estimate, then start, pause, resume or cancel.

A call list is a set of consented contacts that one AI caller works through. Every call list starts as a draft: add contacts, check the list and the calling window, then start calling when you are ready.
Create a draft
- Open Call lists → New call list.
- Fill in the Name, Purpose (what every contact agreed to be called about) and the Caller.
- Set From / Until (defaults 09:00–18:00) and the Timezone (default Asia/Kolkata). Call lists can only call between 9 AM and 9 PM.
- Set Skip numbers reached in the last N days (default 7, 0–90). People any of your callers spoke to in this window are skipped. Set 0 to turn this off.
- Click Create draft.
Add contacts from a CSV
Import CSV takes pasted rows, up to 500 at a time. With a header row we match name, phone, email and language; every other column becomes a {{variable}} on the call. Without a header, use name, phone, optional email in that order.
name,phone,email,Project,Budget (INR)

Ravi Kumar,9123456780,,Hillside,80L- The first line counts as a header only if one column is a phone header (
phone,phone_number,mobile,number, or anything starting with “phone”; case and punctuation do not matter). Projectbecomes{{project}}andBudget (INR)becomes{{budget_inr}}. Up to 20 variable columns, 500 characters per value.- A language code such as
teoren-INsets the contact's language; a word like “Telugu” becomes a variable instead. - Each import needs a Permission purpose, an Evidence type (Written form, Verbal confirmation, Contract, Other), a Shared evidence reference, and the tick “I confirm this evidence applies to every imported row for this calling purpose.”
- The result reads “N of M imported · X already in your contacts · Y had an unusable name or number · Columns: … · Variables: …”. Your account holds up to 10,000 contacts.
Saved lists
Tick Save these contacts as a list named… on an import (name up to 80 characters) and the import is kept as a list. On any draft, Load from list ticks those contacts so you can run the same audience again without re-importing. Add contact adds a single consented contact by hand, and Select eligible, consented contacts lets you tick existing contacts and Add selected.
Who gets skipped
The call list page lists skipped contacts with a reason: Reached recently (the skip window), Archived contact, Refused permission, Permission ran out, No recorded permission, Withdrew permission, Do-not-contact list, No phone number, Excluded by you. Do-not-call and consent are checked when contacts are added and again right before each call.
Mark ready and start
- Mark ready asks you to tick “Every contact on this list agreed to be called about this purpose.” and “I have reviewed the calling window.” An approval note is optional.
- The Start card shows the estimate: “Estimated spend ≈ ₹low–₹high for N contacts · ₹hold held while calls run · Wallet ₹x”. It assumes about 45% of contacts connect, with the low figure at one 30-second block each and the high at a minute and a half, at the caller's voice rate. The hold is the full call time limit for as many calls as run at once.
- If the wallet cannot cover the hold, Start is disabled: “Not enough credits to start: ₹X must be in the wallet to hold the first N calls. Add ₹Y to continue.”
- Start calling needs the tick “I confirm eligible contacts consented; starting can incur call charges.”
While it runs
The call list page shows Reached (n of total, %), In progress, Callbacks scheduled, Completed and Suppressed, plus outcome tallies (Qualified, Interested, Not interested, Callback, No answer, Voicemail, Failed), a recipients table (Name, Phone, Consent, Status) and an activity list. Pause stops new calls at once; Resume asks you to confirm paid calls; Cancel is available until the call list completes. Export CSV downloads the recipients and their results.
The Calling policy card on the call list has its own window, timezone, Max attempts (default 3, up to 10, with retries after about 3 hours and then a day) and Starts/min (default 6, up to 10). Changing it on a running call list applies to the next calls. Up to 20 calls can be in flight at once.
